I agree with the guy above me. I cant wear the old Tyrian wilderness survival mask because its clipped badly. However, I know nothing about graphics and coding. If its possible, and not a waste of Anet's time, /signed. If not... Well, I guess we can live with it.

not that many have the blindfold atm because it so hard to get, but eventually it'll be a widespread problem when more people farm for it...

Everything new should be dyable, its all about the look and the feel, also another one outside of the blindfold that should be dyable is the destroyer gauntlets. The gray look of the rockreally makes this one look bad, it dosent match anything. If we could also dye the destroyer gauntlets out of that nasty gray color to a white or black, i think it would do it wonders.

I also tried dying the blindfold to match the hair to make the problem seem less obvious, but then learned that it's not dyable! How hard can it be to make it dyable? The whole blindfold is just one color! ANET can you please make it dyable, too?

So ANET please fix the blindfold so that everyone can be happy with it!

I have the same hairstyle on my necromancer only with black hair. I've been saving up for the Blindfold, but now I don't know whether to get it or not. I also encountered issues with the Canthan armors and that hairstyle. the earrings come out really odd.

Hmm... Not interested in getting into a huge debate here, but when something is purely in the game for its aesthetic value, shouldn't it, I dunno... look good?

/signed for a fix of these insane clipping issues.

While we're here, and in reference to the recent closed post, shouldn't this be made dye-able? I mean... purple? Only purple? Maybe it suits a few people, but I don't want to have an item I'm going to have to grind insanely for to be a color I don't really like.

It seems illogical for sword steel to be able to be dyed, while the new common armor Blind Fold(cloth looking) is undyable. Please anet make it dyable, purple sux.

If game developers are looking at these threads like the guild wars support guys told me they shouldnt even wait for a debate here on wether to fix it or not only from the screenshot they should update it somehow. Not to mention the floating shields and other graphical bugs.

Or how about once and for all, the ability to change our hair cut/colour/face/skin tone somehow without making another character!!!

You people make me sick with all your fanboi-ism.
Getting a little carried away, aren't we?

As has been said, the only way it could be fixed would be completely changing how the blindfold fits on the face, which would no doubt affect someone else. If they make it thinner it will clip through the actual face, instead of the hair, which would look a lot worse, and would have even more people complaining about it.

The way the character data is stored, I don't think it would be possible to have it look different for just one classes face/hairstyle.

I really can't believe they didn't make this dyeable, it couldnt have been harder to do than the ninja mask, could it? Hopefully it's just an oversight that will get fixed, since I really want to get one of these (at 16 chalices atm).

Make it dyeable and fit it properly. No excuse for making something in a moderately lazy fashion. If you're not going to do it right and put your all into it, don't make it.

We wouldn't miss what we don't know about. I'm eager for my blindfolded ranger shooting people with arrows in PvP, so get to work ANet!

Haha, I thought for sure this was going to be a thread about the fact that the drop rate for the Chalices is ridiculous. I clicked on it, only to find that you can't dye the blindfolds. That's absolutely inexcusable. It's not even a complicated armor that would require work to establish areas for dye to apply. It's one, single piece of cloth. Honestly.
